Office Hours

Fall 2023: Please use MCC's Cranium Cafe to Schedule a Research Consultation during my office hours where you will find virtual, phone and in-person options at the Southern & Dobson and Red Mountain campuses. Please email me if you would like to meet on another day/time. I look forward to working with you!

Profile

I got my start working in libraries as an elementary school library teacher in 2015, where my youngest students affectionately called me “Miss Library” and I guess that identity really stuck! I worked at the elementary library for two years, and then I took a departure from libraries for a little while to become a yoga teacher. Eventually, I found my way back to my passion for libraries in 2020 when I finally decided to pursue my Masters degree to become a librarian.

I love to help students (YOU!) ask great questions, think big ideas, and find amazing resources. And I love discovering new and interesting things online and in the world around me. Forever a yogi, I'm also empathetic and encouraging of the need to slow down, breathe and just be in touch with ourselves -especially in our educational pursuits! I hope you’ll reach out via email or say hello on campus if you have a question, curiosity, thought, or dream to share.
